Hi. It looks like you have already looked at the Hernia Alternatives group on Multiply. I am also co-manager of the HerniaSupport (one word) group on Google, and I have posted some entries on the Hernia Bible forum, which is run by some people in Sussex, England. I use the ID "Juba" on both web sites. You can find them by entering the key words in a search engine.
Posting Chinese herbal formulas in English will be a bit of a task, because I have to translate them accurately. Please note that the Indonesian formulas I posted have a lot of ingredients in common with Chinese formulas; in fact you could say that the Indonesian formulas belong to the Chinese herbal tradition. Western herbalism and Indian ayurveda also have formulas for hernia healing.
