This is former Gambian foreign minister Sidi Sanneh's open letter to the government and people of the Republic of China (Taiwan), written in response to a Taipei Times report about development aid that Taiwan has given or lent to the Gambia and other countries.

The report in today's Taipei Times: MOFA rejects most allies’ aid projects
